What Makes North Node Different?
I don’t just consult—I’ve built systems, run operations, closed complex deals, and designed platforms that solve real inefficiencies. My experience spans the full front-to-back value chain in private credit and private equity—from originating and closing syndicated loans, to managing SPV cashflows, fund allocation, due diligence, and post-trade controls. I’ve worked buy-side, sell-side, and everything in between. I know the nuances, the interdependencies, and the operational plumbing that underpins these asset classes—because I’ve been accountable for it.
And I’ve taken that operational insight a step further—by co-founding a SaaS marketplace platform that digitised the traditional corporate loan lifecycle. This isn’t theory. It’s hands-on, scalable transformation grounded in lived experience.

A strategic transformation leader with a track record spanning private credit & CLO closing, industry technology innovation, and operational scale-up. She’s advised boards, co-founded a B2B SaaS platform, led investment manager restructures, and self-published a children's book series rooted in cross-cultural storytelling.
Beyond her COO credentials, Sharika is a passionate advocate for social impact and literacy, serving as a trustee and board advisor to youth charities and tech education initiatives
